Sign-in sheets and roster exports
Print a class sign-in sheet with signature columns and export the roster in AHA format (XLSX) or Red Cross format (CSV), with column headers you can rename.

Sign-in sheet
From the Classes list choose Print Sign-In Sheet in a class's menu. It opens in a new tab, ready to print, with Print and Back to class buttons.
The sheet contains:
- Your logo (if uploaded) and company name, "CLASS SIGN-IN SHEET" and the class title.
- Date(s) with times, location with full address ("Online" for a virtual class), instructor(s) and the total registered.
- A numbered table of Confirmed and Completed students sorted by last name, with email and a Signature column. Multi-day classes get one signature column per day ("Day 1", "Day 2"…).
- Five blank rows for walk-ins.
- A footer with your company name and the print time.
Classes with three or more days print in landscape automatically. Instructors can print sheets for their own classes.
Roster exports
On the class page, Export offers two formats built for certifying bodies. Both include Confirmed and Completed students only.

The Evaluation and Reason values come from the Pass / Fail / Incomplete selector on the roster. See The class page and roster.
Customising the column headers
Administrators can rename the column headers under Settings → General → Export Column Mapping. There is one field per column for each format (for example "Course Date column", "Evaluation column"). Leave a field as is to keep the default. See General settings.
Other exports
- Date-ranged business reports (revenue, registrations, students, certifications, keycodes, credentials) with CSV and PDF downloads live under Reports.
- Client employee lists and training history can be exported from a client's page.
