The short answer
Choose MyTASystem if you teach on your own at modest volume and want the lowest monthly price, or you need its extras: automatic sales tax, a store and product catalogs, email campaigns, payroll reporting, equipment tracking, or management of affiliate training sites on its Business plan.
Choose JoinCPR if you have, or plan to have, more than one instructor, want one price that doesn’t change with your team or take a percentage of your payments, and need group checkout, a portal for corporate clients, text reminders and a booking site on your own domain.
Both take registrations and payments online, run waitlists, embed on your website and send certification renewal reminders.

Every MyTASystem plan has unlimited classes and students, and its plan chart shows which tools each includes: adding instructors, email campaigns, white labeling, payroll reporting, keycode automation and equipment tracking start on Basic, and multi-site management is on Business. Payments go through Stripe, with payouts to your bank each week.
Both have free trials with no card: 30 days for MyTASystem, 15 for JoinCPR. MyTASystem is contract-free and cancelled by email; JoinCPR is billed monthly and cancelled from the Billing page.

Where MyTASystem costs less. For one user, MyTASystem’s Instructor plan costs less than JoinCPR up to 106 registrations a month at $75 each, because its 0.5% fee grows with your sales. Above that, and on its Basic and Business plans at every volume shown, JoinCPR costs less.
