Connect your own Stripe or Square account and students pay you directly, with no platform fee from JoinCPR.
Stripe
Sign in to your Stripe account from Settings and approve JoinCPR. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay (when turned on in Stripe), refunds and receipts all run through your account, with test mode for trying things out. Refunds made in Stripe sync back to JoinCPR.
Square
Sign in to Square and approve JoinCPR, and payments land in your Square account. Square’s sandbox lets you test first, and refunds made in your Square dashboard sync back automatically.

Calendars
Each person on your team can put their classes on their own calendar. Sync runs one way, from JoinCPR to the calendar.
Google Calendar
Connect your Google account and choose one of your calendars. Classes you’re assigned to appear within about a minute and update when they’re rescheduled or changed.
Microsoft Outlook
Connect your Microsoft account and your assigned classes go to your default Outlook calendar, kept up to date the same way.
iCal feed for Apple Calendar and others
Turn on a private iCal feed and subscribe to it from Apple Calendar or any app that supports iCal, with your own classes or the whole published schedule.
Calendar events include the address and the number registered, and online classes put the meeting link in the event. More in class scheduling.
Email marketing and CRM
Connect Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign or GoHighLevel and JoinCPR adds your students as contacts and tags them as they register, complete and cancel, ready for renewal campaigns in your own tool.
Mailchimp
Pick an audience, and students are added with their name and phone, tagged by year and, if you like, by course, with double opt-in available.
ActiveCampaign
Pick a list, and contacts get the same tags plus custom fields for their last class date, last course and total classes taken.
GoHighLevel
Connect a location, and contacts get the same tags and fields, JoinCPR as their source, and a note each time they register for a class.
After connecting, Sync All Existing Students sends your whole student history across in one go, with tags built from each student’s classes.
Text messaging
SMS class reminders are built into JoinCPR and included at no extra cost, sent from a shared JoinCPR number, so there’s no texting service to sign up for.

Your website
Put your live schedule on your existing website with embeddable widgets, and run your booking site on your own domain.
The class schedule, course list and single-class widgets paste into WordPress, Wix, Squarespace or any site that accepts HTML; see the website booking widget. A custom domain such as classes.yourdomain.com takes one CNAME record and comes with free SSL; see your booking website.
Frequently asked questions
Does JoinCPR have an API or Zapier integration?
Not today. JoinCPR has no public API, Zapier integration or outbound webhooks. It connects directly to Stripe, Square, Google Calendar, Outlook, iCal feeds, Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel.
What gets synced to my email marketing tool?
Each student’s email, first and last name and phone, tagged joincpr-student, plus tags as they register, complete a class or cancel, such as registered-2026, completed and the course name. ActiveCampaign and GoHighLevel also get the last class date, last course and total classes taken. JoinCPR never deletes or unsubscribes your contacts.
Is calendar sync two-way?
No. Sync runs one way, from JoinCPR to Google Calendar or Outlook. Changes made in the calendar aren’t read back, so move classes in JoinCPR.
