Your business at a glance
The dashboard opens with this month’s numbers: upcoming classes, new students, revenue, active certifications and new training requests.
Below them are your next five classes, the latest registrations, and a chart of revenue for the last six months. New training requests turn amber so a company waiting for a quote doesn’t get missed. Instructors get a version of their own, with their upcoming classes, the students they’ve trained and the classes they’ve taught.

The certifications report pairs with certification tracking to show who is due to renew, and the credentials report with instructor management to keep your team current.
Export to CSV or PDF
Export any report as a CSV of the underlying rows for your spreadsheet or accountant, or as a landscape PDF with your logo, the date range and the totals.
The revenue CSV has one row per class with students, revenue, refunds and net revenue, and the registrations CSV lists every registration with its status and amount. The students CSV gives each student’s total classes and last class, and the certifications CSV lists every certification with its expiry date and days remaining, a ready-made list for a renewal campaign.

Frequently asked questions
Do reports include refunds?
Yes. The revenue report shows net revenue after refunds, with the gross and refunded amounts, and its CSV has refunds and net revenue for each class. Refunds made in your Stripe or Square dashboard are included too, because JoinCPR records them automatically.
Can instructors see revenue?
No. Instructors can’t open reports, and their dashboard shows their classes and students without any revenue. Admins and staff see the full reports.
