The short answer
Choose Enrollware if issuing AHA, Red Cross or HSI cards from your class system matters most, or you run an AHA training center with training sites and affiliate instructors that need their own areas. Its help center documents direct eCard connections to all three, and its Premium plan adds the AHA training center features.
Choose JoinCPR if you want one plan at $59 a month with every feature and no volume tiers, card payments into your own Stripe or Square account, SMS reminders included, a booking site on your own domain, and a client portal for the companies you train. You issue cards in the certifying body’s own system, as you may do today.
Both export rosters in AHA format, track certifications and send renewal reminders.

Enrollware prices its Tiered plans by how many students register each month, from $119 to $299, and Premium is $449. JoinCPR is $59 a month whatever your volume.

Enrollware also lists a Lite plan at $45 a month on a separate page, with fewer features: its own table shows no emailing or texting students directly and no template certificates. Text messaging on the other plans is an add-on, $30 a month for the first 1,000 message credits and $15 for each 1,000 after that, while JoinCPR includes SMS reminders in its price.
Payments are the other difference. Enrollware’s help center says EnrollwarePay is its only payment processor, and its master services agreement asks new customers to be processing through it within 60 days unless their order form says otherwise. JoinCPR connects to your own Stripe or Square account, so the money, the payouts and the processing rates are between you and them.
Enrollware’s pricing page lists monthly fees. Its master services agreement sets a 12-month term that renews automatically unless the order form says otherwise, so check the term on yours. JoinCPR is billed monthly with no contract, and you can cancel from the Billing page at any time.

Each figure is the subscription plus any per-registration or percentage platform fee, on the cheapest published plan for that volume. Percentage fees assume a $75 average class price. Where Enrollware is stronger
Enrollware’s biggest advantage is card issuing: its help center documents direct connections that issue AHA eCards, Red Cross certificates and HSI cards from inside Enrollware, without exporting a roster.
- eCards and course records. AHA training centers and training sites can issue eCards through an API connection to the AHA, Red Cross course records go through the Red Cross’s API, and HSI cards through HSI’s. JoinCPR exports the roster and you issue cards in the certifying body’s system.
- Training center structure. On Premium, training sites and affiliate instructors work in their own private areas under the center, with finalized rosters shared back to it. JoinCPR has no training center to training site hierarchy.
- Deposits and partial payments. Courses can take a deposit instead of full payment, with each student’s balance due tracked. JoinCPR takes payment in full, pay later or marked paid.
- Students rescheduling themselves into another class of the same course, which JoinCPR leaves to your staff.
- A check-in page for a spare computer or iPad at your training location, where students confirm how their name should appear on their card.
- Zapier webhooks for new registrations, classes, status changes and product orders, and a QuickBooks Online sync for EnrollwarePay payments. JoinCPR has no public API, Zapier integration or webhooks.

Who should choose Enrollware
An AHA training center that issues eCards for its own training sites and affiliate instructors, and wants those sites managed under one account, is Enrollware’s natural customer. So is a Red Cross or HSI provider that wants cards issued without leaving the class page, or any business that relies on deposits, student self-rescheduling or a Zapier workflow.

Switching from Enrollware to JoinCPR
Export your students from Enrollware, import them into JoinCPR with their past classes and card numbers, and run both systems until your last Enrollware class is done.
Enrollware’s Student Export report downloads students by class or registration date as an Excel file. Save it as a CSV, match its columns to JoinCPR’s template, and import up to 1,000 rows at a time; JoinCPR maps each course name to your courses and works out every certification’s expiry date. Is JoinCPR a good Enrollware alternative?
It is if flat pricing and control of your payments and website matter more to you than issuing eCards inside the system. JoinCPR costs $59 a month with every feature, takes payments through your own Stripe or Square account, includes SMS reminders and corporate client portals, and exports AHA and Red Cross rosters. It doesn’t issue eCards: you issue them in the certifying body’s system and record the card number in JoinCPR.
Can I import my Enrollware students and certifications?
Yes. Import students, past training records and certifications, with provider card numbers, from a CSV spreadsheet of up to 1,000 rows at a time. We can also help you import your data. Enrollware’s Student Export report downloads your students as an Excel file, which you can save as a CSV.
Does JoinCPR issue AHA eCards like Enrollware?
No. The AHA, Red Cross or other certifying body issues its own card, and JoinCPR doesn’t submit rosters to their systems. You export the roster in their format, record the card number in JoinCPR, and JoinCPR tracks the expiry date and sends the renewal reminders.
