Capture group training requests from your website
Your booking site has a public Request Training page where a company tells you the course, how many people, preferred dates and where they want the class.
Requests land in a Training Requests inbox with a count in your sidebar, and both you and the contact get an email copy. Track each lead as New, Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost, with your own notes on calls and quotes.
The page is written for search engines as a landing page, with a title like “Group and Corporate CPR Training in Chicago, IL”, and every course page links to it with “Need this for a group?”. See your booking website.
Turn a request into a client and a private class in one click
Create client turns the request into a corporate client, and Schedule private class opens the class form with the course, headcount, client and privacy already filled in.
Pick the date, location and instructors and save. The request is marked Won, and the contact gets an email with the class details and a private registration link to pass to their staff. If the company is already one of your clients, JoinCPR offers to link the request to it instead.
Each client keeps its employees, private classes, training history and portal users together on one page.
Private classes with private registration links
A private class never appears on your public schedule, but it has its own registration link and QR code to give the company.
Employees who use the link enter their own details, answer your questions, accept your waivers and pay by card. Each one is attached to the company and added to its employee list automatically, so their training shows up in the company’s records.
If the company pays instead of its employees, have their admin register people through the client portal, where bookings are saved unpaid for you to bill. You can also add employees from the class roster yourself.
A branded portal for your corporate clients
Invite a company’s contacts to their own client portal on your booking site, with your logo and colours. Admins can register employees; viewers can see everything but change nothing.
Clients register their own employees
Client admins tick employees on their list and register them into your private classes in one step, and each employee gets a confirmation email. If the class fills part-way through, the rest aren’t registered and the portal shows a warning.
Training history and expiring certifications
The portal dashboard shows total employees, upcoming classes, training completed this year and certifications expiring in the next 60 days, and each employee has a full training history.
Compliance reports and exports
A compliance overview shows how many employees have completed training and how many haven’t, with tables by employee and by course. Every list exports to CSV, and clients can add or import employees too.
Bill the company your way
JoinCPR doesn’t send invoices. Portal and staff bookings are saved as confirmed and unpaid, so you invoice the company however you normally do and mark seats paid when they pay.
Marking a seat paid issues a receipt to the employee. If employees should pay for themselves, share the private registration link and they pay by card at checkout, or charge a card for an employee from the roster. Renewal time is easy to spot too: certification tracking shows who is due.

Can a company see which employees are trained?
Yes. In their client portal they see each employee’s training history, certifications expiring in the next 60 days, and compliance reports by employee and by course, with CSV exports.
Does JoinCPR send invoices?
No. JoinCPR doesn’t create or send invoices. Corporate bookings are saved as unpaid, so bill the company your usual way, then mark each seat paid on the roster, which issues a receipt.
Can I import a company’s employee list?
Yes. Import employees from a CSV of up to 500 rows with name, email, phone, department and employee ID, and export the list at any time. Client admins can import employees from their portal too.
