One system for every instructor and location
Every class, instructor and location lives in one account, so the office, the instructors and your students all see the same schedule.
Schedule one-day, multi-day and recurring classes at any of your locations, in person or online, and assign one or more instructors to each. The month calendar and the classes list show the whole center at a glance, and students filter your public schedule by course and location.
Each instructor can put their own classes on Google Calendar, Outlook or any calendar app with an iCal feed, and the events update when a class moves. See class scheduling.
Team members and locations are unlimited, so the price is the same $59 a month with three instructors or thirty.
Roles that match how your team works
Give each person one of three roles, and flag the admins and office staff who also teach so they can be assigned to classes.

Instructors get their own portal with their schedule, their classes and their credentials. From the roster they can confirm students, mark them passed, failed or no-show, and export the roster, but they can’t take payments or give refunds. See class rosters and roster exports.
Invite people by email, or create their login yourself. Two-factor sign-in is available to everyone. See instructor management.
Keep instructor credentials current
Record each instructor’s cards and certificates with their expiry dates, and JoinCPR emails you and the instructor 30 days and again 7 days before one lapses.
Each credential holds its name, the issuing organization (AHA, Red Cross, NSC, HSI, ECSI or another), the number, the dates and a copy of the card as a PDF or photo. The team list shows a coloured dot for anyone with a credential expiring or expired, and the Credentials report lists everything that expires in the next 90 days.
Credentials are a record and a reminder: an expired one doesn’t stop you assigning that instructor to a class, so check the warnings when you build the schedule.
Serve corporate clients at scale
Group training requests land in one inbox, each company becomes a client with its own employees and private classes, and clients can register staff and pull their records from their own portal.
Track every request from New to Contacted, Quoted, Won or Lost. One click turns a request into a client and a private class, and emails the contact a private registration link for their employees. Import a company’s employee list from a spreadsheet, and give its administrators a client portal where they register employees, see who is trained and who expires soon, and export compliance reports.
Corporate bookings are saved as unpaid, so you invoice the company your usual way and mark the seats paid. See corporate and group training.
Reports for the whole center
Six reports cover revenue, registrations, students, certifications, keycodes and instructor credentials across the whole center, for any date range, with CSV and branded PDF exports.
See net revenue after refunds by month and by class, registrations by status, new students and your top students, certifications issued and expiring by course, and online course keys left in each bank. The dashboard adds this month’s students and revenue at a glance, and instructors see a version with only their own classes. See reports.
Bring your existing students and history with you
Import your students, their past classes and their certifications from a spreadsheet, so renewal reminders and student histories are complete from the first day.
Each CSV file takes up to 1,000 rows, with each student’s details, the course, the class date, the status and the certifying body’s card number. JoinCPR matches your course names to your courses, shows a preview before anything is saved, and works out each certification’s expiry date from the course’s rule. Students aren’t emailed during an import.

Frequently asked questions
Is there a limit on staff or instructors?
No. Team members are unlimited on the one $59 plan, and so are students, classes, courses and locations. Give each person the Admin, Staff or Instructor role they need; adding someone never changes your bill.
Can we run classes at several locations?
Yes. Add every place you teach, in person or online. Each class has its own location, students can filter your schedule by location, and the address appears on class pages, emails, calendar events and sign-in sheets.
How do we move from our current system?
