General settings
Company name and contact details, terms and privacy URLs, the company timezone, your own account details and password, and export column mapping.

Account → Settings opens General. Admins see four cards; staff and instructors see only the two personal ones.
Company Settings (admins)

| Company name | Shown everywhere: portal, emails (as the sender name), receipts, certificates. Changing it does not change your subdomain. |
| Company email | The contact shown to students when registration is closed and on course pages with no upcoming dates, and printed on receipts. Replies to your emails go to the Reply-To Email under Notifications, not here. |
| Company phone | Fallback contact on the closed-registration page |
| Website URL | Printed on receipts |
| Your terms of service URL and Your privacy policy URL | Linked in your student portal footer as "{Company}: Terms · Privacy". Optional. |
| Timezone | The zone every class time is entered and displayed in. Default America/New_York. Set this before scheduling classes. See Timezones. |
Click Save; "Saved." confirms.
Tip
Fill in the company email or phone early. If your trial or subscription ever lapses, that contact is what students see instead of your schedule.
Account Settings (everyone)
Your own First name, Last name and Email address. Saved to your login. The same fields are on your profile page.
Change Password (everyone)
Current password, new password and confirmation. Passwords need at least 12 characters with mixed case, a number and a symbol.
Export Column Mapping (admins)
Rename the column headers of the roster exports to match what your certifying body expects.
- AHA Export (XLSX): Course Date, First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone columns.
- ARC Export (CSV): First Name, Last Name, Email, Phone, Evaluation, Reason, Additional Information columns.
Leave a field unchanged to keep the default header. See Sign-in sheets and exports.
The rest of Settings
The left-hand navigation links to Domains, Branding, Student Portal, Payments, Email Templates, Notifications, Integrations and Embed. Instructors see only General and Integrations.
