Your own CPR booking website, built to be found on Google

Every JoinCPR account comes with a branded booking site for your schedule, courses and checkout, on a free joincpr.com address or your own domain. Page titles, event markup and a sitemap are built in, so your course pages can rank for searches in your area.

A branded site for your classes

Upload your logo, pick your brand colour and add a browser icon, and your booking site, emails, receipts and certificates all match.

The site lists your upcoming classes with course and location filters and shows how many spots are left. Every course and every class has its own page, and the checkout sits on the same site. It works on phones, follows the visitor’s dark mode setting, and links to your own terms and privacy pages in the footer.

Share it anywhere, or put your schedule on an existing website with the website booking widget.

Use your own domain

Serve your booking site from a subdomain of your website, such as classes.yourdomain.com, by adding one CNAME record at your DNS provider.

JoinCPR checks the record live and requests a free SSL certificate automatically, usually ready within minutes. Until then, or if you’d rather not use your own domain, your site runs on a free yourname.joincpr.com address.

Once your domain is live, search engines are told it’s the real address of every page, and your widgets, emails and shared links switch to it. Your joincpr.com address keeps working alongside it.

Course pages that rank for “CPR classes in your city”

Every course has a permanent landing page with a title like “BLS Provider Classes in Chicago, IL | Your Business”, the description, price, certification length and every upcoming date.

Because course pages stay online between class runs, they can build up a ranking over time instead of disappearing when a class ends. Name courses the way people search, lead the description with who the course is for, and set your city or service area once in Settings to fine-tune the titles. You can also write your own search result description for any course.

Each course page links to your other courses and to your group training request page, and renaming a course keeps its old address working.

Class pages Google can show as events

Each public class page is marked up as an event, with its date, time, venue, price and availability, so Google can show it in event results.

Online classes are marked as online events and never publish the meeting link. When a class ends or is cancelled, its address forwards to the course page instead of a dead link, so old links and search results keep working.

A group training request page

Your site includes a Request Training page for companies that want a private class, written as a landing page for corporate training searches in your area.

Its title reads like “Group and Corporate CPR Training in Chicago, IL | Your Business”, it’s in your sitemap, and every course page links to it. Requests land in your dashboard as leads you can turn into a client and a private class in one click. See corporate and group training.

What search engines see

Behind the scenes, your booking site gives search engines what they look for, with nothing for you to set up.

  • A sitemap that updates itself whenever you save a course or class
  • Structured data for your business, courses and classes
  • Canonical links, so every page has one address
  • Social previews with the course image or your logo
  • Checkout, account and client portal pages kept out of search results
  • Google Search Console verification from your settings

Your ranking builds on your own domain

With a custom domain, every page’s canonical address is your own, so the ranking your course pages earn belongs to your business.

Some booking platforms put every provider’s pages on the platform’s own website, so the search traffic builds the platform’s name rather than yours. With JoinCPR your pages, your sitemap and your links all use your address, and the reputation your domain earns stays with your business.

Frequently asked questions

Do I need my own website?

No. Your booking site on a free yourname.joincpr.com address works on its own, with your schedule, course pages, checkout and a group training request page. If you do have a website, link to your booking site or embed your schedule on it.

Can I use my own domain name?

Yes. Your booking site runs on a free yourname.joincpr.com address or on your own domain, such as classes.yourdomain.com, with free SSL. Course and class pages are built for search engines, with page titles, event markup and a sitemap.

Will my classes show up on Google?

Your course and class pages are built to be indexed, with titles, descriptions, event markup and a sitemap, and search engines usually pick up a new site within days of the sitemap being submitted. Rankings depend on your area and competition and build over weeks to months; a Google Business Profile helps with local searches.

Can I connect Google Search Console?

Yes. Paste the verification tag from Google Search Console into your student portal settings, verify, and submit your sitemap. Search Console then shows the searches, clicks and positions for each of your pages.

Can I use my main domain, like yourdomain.com?

No. Use a subdomain such as classes.yourdomain.com, which points to JoinCPR with one CNAME record while your main website stays where it is.
