Instructor portal
My Schedule, My Classes and the instructor class page with attendance actions, who can use the portal, and what instructors see elsewhere in the app.

The Instructor Portal is a focused view for people who teach. Anyone flagged as an instructor can use it: instructor-role members always, and admins or staff who have the Instructor switch turned on (they get an Instructor Portal link under Training). See Roles and permissions.
Instructors see only classes they are assigned to. Assign instructors when creating or editing a class.
My Schedule
The instructor dashboard shows:
- Tiles: Upcoming Classes, Classes This Month, Students This Month.
- Upcoming Classes: the next five with date, time, location, students over capacity and View.
- My Credentials: read-only. Banners warn "Your {credential} expires on {date}. Please contact your administrator to update your records." Instructors cannot edit their own credentials; admins and staff do that under Staff & Instructors.
- Recent Classes: the last five past classes.
My Classes
Search, a Upcoming / Past / All filter and a table with Class, Location, Students, Status (Upcoming or Completed) and View. Draft and cancelled classes the instructor is assigned to are included.
The instructor class page
Summary cards (Date & Time, Location, Capacity with a Full badge, Status, co-instructors) and the Student Roster with search, a status filter, a Mark All as Passed button and columns Student, Email, Phone, Status. For an online class the Location card shows the meeting link.

| Mark All as Passed | Every Pending and Confirmed student is marked passed and Completed, with a certificate and the Class Completed email each. Confirm the count in the window that opens. |
| Mark Complete | Sets Completed and issues the course certificate if the student does not already hold a valid one. The student receives the Class Completed email with the certificate details. Toast: "Student marked as complete. Certification issued." |
| Mark No Show | Sets No show |
| Revert to Confirmed | Undoes Complete or No show. Reverting a Completed student revokes the certificate that was issued; marking complete again issues a brand-new one. |
Not available here: adding students, payments, refunds, transfers, cancelling, resending emails, evaluations, exports or the sign-in sheet. The sign-in sheet is available from the shared Classes list.
What instructors see in the rest of the app
- Dashboard: an instructor version with Upcoming Classes, Students Trained and Classes Taught.
- All Classes and Calendar: filtered to assigned classes; the menu offers View, Roster, Print Sign-In Sheet, Copy Registration Link and QR Code.
- Class page (shared): View Details, Confirm, Mark Complete, Mark No Show, the Pass / Fail evaluation, Export and Send Follow Up. Payments, refunds, transfers and cancellations are hidden. Opening a class they are not assigned to shows "You are not assigned to this class."
- Students: only students from their classes, read-only.
- Settings: General (own name, email, password) and Integrations for Calendar sync.
- Help & Docs.
Instructors cannot open Certifications, Courses, Clients, the Manage pages, Reports, most Settings pages or Billing.
When the account is locked
If the business's trial or subscription lapses, instructors see a locked page asking them to contact an administrator. See Billing.
