The dashboard
What the JoinCPR dashboard shows: upcoming classes, students and revenue this month, active certifications, new training requests and a six-month revenue chart.

The dashboard (Dashboard in the sidebar, address /home) is the landing page after login once onboarding is complete. Admins and staff see the full version; instructors see a smaller one focused on their classes.

Stat tiles
| Tile | How it is calculated |

| Upcoming Classes | Published classes whose start is in the future |
| Students This Month | Student records created in the current calendar month |
| Revenue This Month | Sum of registration totals for registrations made this month, excluding cancelled ones |
| Active Certifications | Certifications that are not revoked and have no expiry or an expiry in the future. This tile links to the Certifications page. |
| New Training Requests | Group training requests nobody has looked at yet (status New). Amber when there are any; links to Training Requests. See Group training requests. |
Note
"This month" on the dashboard is measured in UTC rather than your company timezone, so a registration made late in the evening on the last day of the month may count toward the next month. The Reports page uses your timezone.
Cards
- Upcoming Classes with a View All button. The next five published classes with Course, Date, Location, Registered (for example "6 / 12", or "6 / ∞" when capacity is unlimited) and Status. Empty state: "No upcoming classes scheduled."
- Recent Registrations with a View All button. The last five registrations with Student, Class, Date, Amount ("Free" when nothing was charged) and a status badge: Confirmed (green), Completed (blue), Pending (yellow), Cancelled (grey), No show (red). Empty state: "No registrations yet."
- Revenue — Last 6 Months. A bar chart of monthly registration totals (cancelled registrations excluded) for the current month and the five before it.
Instructor dashboard
Heading: "Instructor Dashboard — Welcome back. Here are your upcoming classes."

Cards: Your Upcoming Classes and Recent Registrations for their classes only. There is no revenue information.
Banners above every page
Two banners can appear above the page content on every app-portal page:
- Trial banner: "Your free trial ends in N days." with a Subscribe now button. It turns red when three days or fewer remain and cannot be dismissed. Instructors see it too, although only admins can subscribe. See Billing.
- Announcements from JoinCPR: platform notices such as maintenance windows. Some can be dismissed with the X; the dismissal is remembered per person, so other team members still see it.
