The client portal
What corporate clients see in their JoinCPR portal: logging in, the dashboard, private classes, registering employees, employee lists, history and reports.
Updated · JoinCPR help center
Corporate clients you have invited log in at your-portal/client/login (your subdomain or custom domain followed by /client). The portal carries your logo and colour. Two roles exist: Admin (can register employees and manage the employee list) and Viewer (read-only).
Getting in
- Accept invite: the invitation email link opens "Set Your Password". Once set, the user is logged in. Links last 7 days; resend from the client's page.
- Log in: email and password, with Remember me. Five failed attempts in a minute triggers a wait.
- Forgot password: sends a reset link valid for 60 minutes. Resetting also completes a pending invitation.
- Deactivated users, or users of a deactivated client, are signed out with "Your account has been deactivated."
Dashboard
Tiles: Total Employees, Upcoming Classes, Completed This Year, Expiring Soon. Cards for Upcoming Training (next ten registrations) and Expiring Certifications (certificates expiring in the next 60 days, from certificates you have actually issued).
Classes
Only this client's private classes, filtered Upcoming, Past or All, with course, date, location and registered/capacity. Admins see Register Employees on future published classes. Public classes are never listed here.
Register Employees (admins)
The page lists active employees with a checkbox each, a select-all, search, and an Already Registered badge where relevant. Register Selected Employees creates one Confirmed, Unpaid registration per employee at the class price and sends a confirmation email to those who have an email address. No payment is taken in the portal. If the class fills part-way through, the remaining employees are not registered and a warning is shown.
When your plan has lapsed this page shows "Online registration is temporarily closed". Everything else in the client portal keeps working. See Billing.
Employees
Search, a Show deactivated switch, and for admins Add Employee, Import CSV (same 500-row wizard as your side), Edit, Deactivate and Reactivate. Deactivated employees keep their history but cannot be registered. Last Trained is the date of the most recent class that has already taken place; upcoming and cancelled registrations do not count.
Clicking an employee opens their page with Upcoming Training and Training History. The history's Certification Expires column is an estimate from the class date plus the course's validity and expiry rule, shown for every registration whether or not it was completed.
Note
The employee page estimate and the dashboard's Expiring Certifications can disagree: the dashboard uses real certificates, which only exist once you mark a registration complete.
Training History
All registrations for the client's employees with filters for employee, course and status, and Export CSV.
Reports
- Compliance Overview: Total Employees, Trained (has at least one completed registration, ever), Untrained, Compliance Rate. Expiry is not considered.
- By Employee and By Course tables, each with Export CSV.
What clients cannot do
Register employees into public classes, cancel or transfer registrations, or see receipts. Those are handled by you. Payment is not taken in the portal either; if employees should pay for their own seats, share the class's private registration link instead.
