Certificate verification
The public page where employers verify a certificate by number, what it shows for valid, expired and revoked certificates, and its rate limit.

Verification applies to certificates you issue yourself (courses set to We issue our own certificate). Certifications from the AHA, Red Cross or another provider are verified with that provider, and their JoinCPR record numbers return "Certificate Not Found" here.
Anyone can confirm one of your own certificates is genuine by entering its number at:
your-portal/verify/{certificate number}on your branded student portal, orapp.joincpr.com/verify/{certificate number}
No login is needed. The page keeps working even when your plan has lapsed. It is limited to 30 lookups per minute from one address.
What it shows

Note
A valid or expired lookup reveals the student's full name and course to anyone who has the number. Certificate numbers are random and hard to guess.
Sharing the verification link
The printed certificate does not carry the link or a QR code. The certificate's detail page in the app shows "Verify at: …" which you can copy for employers, or add the address to your own email template under Email templates using the {{certificate_number}} merge tag.
