Create a course for anything you teach, such as an AED refresher, bloodborne pathogens or a workplace safety class, with its own price, duration and certificate validity, or start from the ready-made library.
Classes can run at your training room, at a client’s site or online, over one day or several, once or on a repeating schedule. Registration questions, waivers and add-ons attach to the course, so every class of it asks the same things at checkout. Companies can book a private class just for their staff, off your public schedule.

Issue your own branded certificates
Set a course to We issue our own certificate, and every student who passes gets a numbered certificate of completion with your branding, ready to print or download as a PDF.
- Your logo and company name in your brand colour
- The student’s name, the course and the issue date
- “Valid through” the expiry date, when the course has one
- A signature line for each instructor of the class
- A unique certificate number for verification
Students with an account can print and download their own certificates, so you aren’t emailing copies on request. Certificates carry an expiry date when the course has one, and the student gets a renewal email before it runs out. Revoke a certificate issued by mistake, or reissue one with a new number when a student needs a fresh copy. See certification tracking.
Let employers verify certificates online
Every certificate you issue has a public verification page on your booking site, so an employer can type in its number and confirm it’s genuine, with no login and no phone call.
A valid certificate shows the student’s name, the course, the issue date and how long it has left. An expired one says so, and a revoked one shows only its number and status, never the student’s name. Verification keeps working even if your JoinCPR plan lapses.
The certificate itself doesn’t carry a QR code, so add the verification address to your completion email with a merge tag, or share it on your website.

Companies ask for training through a request form on your booking site, and each one becomes a client with its own employees, private classes and portal.

Can I issue certificates for courses I design myself?
Yes. Set the course to We issue our own certificate, and every student who passes gets a numbered certificate with your logo that you and they can print or download as a PDF. Courses from the AHA, Red Cross and other certifying bodies keep their own cards.
Can employers verify a certificate?
Yes, for certificates you issue yourself. Each one has a verification page on your booking site, found by its certificate number, that anyone can open with no login. Cards issued by the AHA, Red Cross or another certifying body are verified with that organization.
Is there a QR code on the certificate?
No. The printed certificate shows its number but no QR code or link. Share the verification address instead, your booking site’s /verify page with the certificate number, in your completion email or on your website.
Can a company see which employees are trained?
Yes. In their client portal they see each employee’s training history, certifications expiring in the next 60 days, and compliance reports by employee and by course, with CSV exports.
