Registration questions
Custom intake questions asked at checkout: types, required flag, assigning to courses, ordering, where answers appear, and editing after answers exist.

Registration questions collect extra information from students at checkout, such as medical notes or an employer name. The sidebar item is Questions; the page is titled Registration Questions (admins and staff).
Creating a question
Click New Question:

Not available: checkboxes, multi-select, dates, numbers, file uploads.
Assigning to courses
Questions are attached to courses through Assign to Courses. There are no global or per-class questions; assign a question to every course that needs it. Questions appear at checkout in the order they were assigned to that course.
Who answers, and where
- Student checkout: the Questions step, with required ones enforced. In group checkout the lead answers once and the answers are copied to every attendee.
- Staff adding a student from the roster: the same questions appear in step 2.
- Answers are shown in View Details on the roster and in the student profile's registration details. They are not on sign-in sheets, exports or emails.
Editing after answers exist
- Changing the question text changes the label past answers are shown under. There is no versioning.
- Changing options does not touch stored answers.
- Deleting a question keeps the answers but they display as "Unknown question". Deactivate instead to keep history readable.
